Re: somewhat old architecture/street scene.

It is nice, I agree with Jonny and David. It seems a tiny bit "soft" on my monitor. Maybe a higher resolution export might sort it ?
Where is it - France ?

Re: First Time at the Beach

Very nice photo.
A while back there was a discussion on the T&C live show about PP'ing out the crud around babies noses. ( The consensus was to do it ;-) )
The same applies to dogs. If possible, I get in there with the healing brush or the patch tool.

Re: Ladyhawk or Babyhawk ?

I really should have moved people around to make a better picture. I dropped the saturation on the pair of pants on the background but it was only partially successful.

Jonny, Space fairy is now 9 yo and by all accounts ruling the roost. I must organize another hill walk with her dad.

Re: Ladyhawk or Babyhawk ?

Thanks Kris.
Agreed - the background is poor. I should have told the owner of the legs to get out of the way ;-)
F4 is as low as my Sigma will go. Maybe if I'd moved further back and zoomed in to 105mm.
Oh well, it's dome.
