Whilst the weather is crap here in the UK I have being going through some old images on my hard drives, here is a shot of one of my favourite motor sports. I can't wait for the good weather to come again so I can get out and get some action shots so whilst I'm waiting I'll bore you with some more MX shots lol.

Nice! I am no expert at motocross, but the shot is nice. Nice detail and what appears to be eye-contact. There is a bit of motion blur to the rear wheel which I think is good; I could be wrong. Nice separation from the background with no blur or motion. I couldn't do this Chimpy - Thumbs up! Also - a bit of mud in the air to boot!

Thanks lads, hopefully there's a meeting later on in March so I will do my best to get over there and get some new images.

Thanks Guys, Terry one thing about MX here is you can get relatively close, this was taken with my 100-400 which helps a lot.

Most tracks here in the states are the same. You can get right to the fence. Daytona supercross track is a cross between supercross and motocross but it's in the infield of the Daytona Speedway so you can't get to the fence there. That track is only half an hour away from me.
